The best “healthy” milkshake… I mean smoothie, you will ever make!

Do you ever crave milkshakes but just can’t stand the guilt?! Here’s a favorite recipe that tastes just like a milkshake but is actually healthy. You AND your kids will devour this smoothie. It’s easy to make, you probably have all of the ingredients already on hand and there’s a lot less guilt involved!

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

  • handful of ice cubes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1/2 c. – 1 c. almond milk
  • 1/4 c. greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. cacao powder (optional)

Pour into a cup, grab a straw, sip and say… YUM!
