Free outdoor fun! Scavenger hunt with Portsmouth’s “Scarecrows of the Port”.

Scarecrows of the Port are at it again! Displayed in various locations throughout Portsmouth, you’ll find decorated scarecrows cropping up everywhere! This makes a great activity for families as you can view the map and make a scavenger hunt game!

No run of the mill scarecrows here, but instead, full-size, pumpkin-headed figures displayed all over Portsmouth. The central display is a group of 60+ whimsical characters in the center of Market Square, but they can be found through the city.

On display from October 8th to November 1, 2020, Scarecrows of the Port is a grass-roots event, and is the culmination of ideas brought forth by local businesses and non-profit organizations. #teamwork!
