I really love roasted pumpkin seeds but after decades of eating them with oil and salt, I’m looking to mix things up a bit. Check out these delish looking recipes for a new twist on pumpkin seeds.

NOTE: I’ve included the ingredients and a link to the recipe and preparation instructions. Directions for roasting pumpkin seeds vary wildly across the internet from temperature (I’ve seen everything from 250 – 350) and cooking time (anywhere from 7 minutes to an hour).

1. Cinnamon Sugar Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
