The Books Alive! literacy program brings favorite children’s book characters into the Children’s Museum of NH. On Saturday, January 15 from 10 am – 2 pm, children will get to meet Max, the loveable bunny from the Max and Ruby stories by Rosemary Wells.
Museum staff will be reading Max and Ruby stories aloud in the museum’s Deep Sea Classroom, and children can enjoy other hands-on learning activities. Costumed character Max will make frequent appearances for hugs and hi-fives with young visitors so be sure and bring your camera! Children’s entertainer Sammie Haynes will also entertain visitors with songs at 11 am and 1 pm.
All festivities are included with paid admission and free for members.
