Exeter Halloween Parade
Saturday, October 26, 2019; 10:30am
Exeter’s annual Halloween Parade starts at 10:30 am at the Water Street end of the Parkway and finishes at the center pavilion where there will be refreshments and best costume awards at 11:30 am. Following the parade, there will be trick-or-treating downtown from 11:30am to 2:30pm.
Rochester Zombie Walk
Friday, October 25, 2019; 6:00pm
This year’s Zombie Walk for teens and adults features individuals and participants from Studio 109, Corinne’s School of Dance, and Dance N Motion 2. Enjoy their choreographed performance as they tread from the Union Street parking lot to Rochester Common. The teen and adult public is welcome to participate in the parade by dressing in zombie costumes and following the dancers. Participants are asked to gather at Rochester Common by 6:45pm for a 7:00pm police-escorted walk down South Main Street.
York Halloween Hop & Parade
Tuesday, October 29, 2019; 4:30pm-7:00pm
Halloween Parade leaves from the Masonic Lodge parking lot at 4:30pm sharp, led by York Maine Police Department. Parade will march to Coastal Ridge Elementary for music, treats and family fun. Come see all the wonderful costumes!
Portsmouth Halloween Parade
Thursday, October 31, 2019; 7:00pm
Marching into its 25th year, the Portsmouth Halloween Parade is a grassroots, all-inclusive alternative to contemporary Halloween. A celebration of community, creativity, resourcefulness and free expression which walks, stalks, dances, trumpets and drums its way through downtown each year on October 31. The Parade is entirely funded by the community, which rallies a number of benefits to raise funds to cover expenses of insurance, permits and police escort. Hundreds march in costume, thousands cheer from the sidelines, it’s always a spectacle from either side of the curb. For the best viewing areas, see the parade route.
