Have a little parenting SOS? Attend the Families First (free!) workshop on “Effective Discipline”! In this three-part series (Tuesdays, May 16-30), parents will learn which kinds of discipline are hurtful and which are helpful and effective. Find the strategies that will work for your family, and make sure you aren’t accidentally sabotaging the methods you use.
These discipline strategies will be discussed: Teaching What You Expect, Successful Rules, Taming Tantrums, Getting Cooperation, and Consequences that Teach Good Choices.
