The Portsmouth Garden Club and the Urban Forestry Center will be presenting their 23rd Festival of Trees. The grounds and buildings of the Urban Forestry Center are transformed into a magical place... Over 90 displays of decorated trees, the interior historic Cape house, and outside displays are sure to spark the holiday spirit!
