Exeter UFO Festival This Saturday 9/4. Spooooky!

Not only is the Exeter UFO Festival an educational experience for both believers and skeptics, it’s a fun time for families and friends. They’ll have activities for the kids, a self-guided UFO safari, a session featuring an esteemed panel of experts and much more.

All lectures and festival events are free of charge – no tickets needed! Lectures will be held at Exeter Town Hall & Festival activities will be held outside of Town Hall and in Founders Park.

9:30 A.M.
Buckets of Chalk – ET and UFO drawings throughout town and Founders Park
Beach Rock Painting – Founders Park, near the library
Face Painting – Founders Park
Story Circle – Founders Park
Create a Flying Saucer – Founders Park

9:30 A.M.
Alien Seek for children 12 years and under- at participating merchants
Contest Rules available at ‘Starship Command’ – Santerri’s Stones ‘N Stuff, Water Street downtown

10:00 A.M.
UFO Construction Contest for families – Founders Park
Alien Crash Site and Debris Field – Construction using recyclable materials
Crop Circle Ring Toss
Alien Basketball Free Throw

12:30 P.M.
Childrens’ ET Costume Contest – Founders Park

1:00 P.M.
Alien Pet Costume Contest – Front Street, above the Band Stand (look for signs)

6:00-7:30 P.M.
Alien Cafe – Happy Hour, Live Music, and Discussion: UFO’s Off-label (Loaf and Ladle – Water Street)

7:30-10:30 P.M.
Earthlings and Aliens Ball (Town Hall) featuring New England’s famous band The Morlocks

All day – Self-guided UFO Safaris – UFO Alley (Route 150) and UFO Circus (Route 88) Maps available

Guided Tours to ‘Incident’ Site – TBA

On-the-Hour – Through the Hubble’s Eye – A Look Into Our Universe – Blue Moon Market and Café

Friday afternoon - Dr. Who Movie Marathon for teens – Stratham Public Library (contact library for details)
