Presto! Free “1-2-3 Magic” Parenting Workshops

They always say, “Kids don’t come with a manual,” right? But they do come with workshops. Families First, a local non-profit organization that contributes to the health and well-being of the Seacoast community by providing a broad range of health and family services, is hosting FREE parenting workshops based on the popular book, “1-2-3 Magic”. This discipline philosophy is easy to learn and easier to adopt. Stop the arguing, testing and fighting with your children.

No childcare? No problem. Families First offers free on-site child care for all evening programs. Registration is required by calling 603-422-8208 x2.

“1-2-3 Magic” workshops run at the Seabrook facility and are offered every Thursday night through April 15. Check out the Families First website for other parenting workshops—ALL FREE! Pizza and soft drinks included. Also, FREE. Boo-yah.

Part 1: March 11-25
Using the 1-2-3 Magic Method: Stop the arguing, testing and fighting (for parents of kids ages 2-12).

Part 2: April  1-15
Solve it: More 1-2-3 Magic
Learn strategies to make chores, bedtimes, mealtimes and responsibility go more smoothly(for parents of kids ages 2-18).

Talk to other parents, share your own experiences and learn a new discipline strategy (it works, for real!). See you there!
